This wonderful lady has followed me from Chris Mcmillan salon, Meche Salon, Ramirez Tran Salon…… Owning my own salon Cie Sparks Salon in Malibu it doesn’t matter she always seems to find me. I adore Emily for keeping it fresh and staying loyal! It was time for Emily Schuman to change her look up! We decided to bring up the length but wanted texture with a blunt bottom! I love when I see this client in my chair! The last time I saw her I was working at Meche salon. She needed beautiful flowing invisible layers! The classic Chris Mcmillan cut that I mastered working under my mentor! She almost saw me at Ramirez Tran salon on a monday but decided to come in on the weekend at Cie Sparks salon! The before picture really has no shape. The after picture has structure with soft invisible movement! She was really happy!

I absolutely love this client! She has been with me from the beginning at Chris Mcmillan salon and Meche salon in Beverly Hills. She now sees me at Cie Sparks Salon and occasionally at Ramierez Tran. She got her hair colored by Heather Cie formally working at Meche salon now at Cie Sparks salon and cut by me! Movement with a modern touch of edge! I added long layers along with bunt cuts and piecey texture! She loved it!

This client was so nice and sweet! She tried to get into see me in the past when I was working at Chris Mcmillan and Meche salon but it never really worked out! She booked in at Ramirez Tran salon but changed her appointment to the beautiful Malibu Cie Sparks salon! She really needed a new look! I decided to add hight in the crown and movement by soft layers! She was really happy!

I love when my clients come from Chris Mcmillan salon , Meche salon and now my current salon Cie Sparks salon! She has waited for sometime but really needed volume with movement! I added some edge with a slightly shorter in the back perimeter with longer pieces up front while adding soft layers! She was really happy!

Michael Sparks is a Santa Cruz native. He started out assisting a trio of famed hair stylists at the prestigious Chris McMillan Salon: Mara Rozak, Leanne Citrone, and Jen Atkens.
This training lead him to train under Chris McMillan for several years. Recently, Michael decided to take his talents to the long awaited Ramirez Tran Salon. Michael's inspiration comes from runways, editorial, and everyday life.
