I love the fringe look on my client along with the movement and texture. She tried to see me years ago at the Chris Mcmillan salon but never was able to get in….. Time has past and I now work more days at Cie Sparks salon in Malibu which has allowed me to shape her new look! We love the direction everything is going!

This awesome client has seen me over the years at Chris Mcmillan salon, Meche salon, Ramirez Tran salon and now at Cie Sparks salon! I created this look at Ramirez Tran salon but she was in need of a touch up so she drove out to Malibu to see the new beautiful Cie Sparks salon. Modern with an edge and just enough texture with soft and fun layers! She loved it!

This client is stunning and has been with me since the days I was as assisting Chris Mcmillan at his Chris Mcmillan salon. She has followed me from Meche salon, Ramirez Tran salon and now lives in Malibu which makes Cie Sparks Salon a perfect fit! Soft but Texture with movement is what looks great on her! The before Picture you can see she has very little layers. The After picture I decided to add invisible layers which would create flow. The only thing next to do is try to have the former color princess at Meche salon Heather Cie do her hair color! Either way she always looks stunning regardless on who does her color!

I love when I see Jenny in the salon! She has followed me from Chris Mcmillan salon and Meche salon! Yesterday I did her hair for a shoot and decided she needed the former Queen of Meche salon Heather Cie to do her color! She was happy with the cut and extremely happy with the color done by Heather Cie.

An original Chris Mcmillan Salon client now sees me at Ramirez Tran salon or my new salon in Malibu Cie Sparks Salon….. She needed movement and we both thought a sexy fringe would look great! The color done by Heather Cie formerly working at Meche salon in Beverly Hills and now works at Cie Sparks salon really brightened up her hair around her face for some serious pop!!! Some texture with fresh color was a must!!!

Michael Sparks is a Santa Cruz native. He started out assisting a trio of famed hair stylists at the prestigious Chris McMillan Salon: Mara Rozak, Leanne Citrone, and Jen Atkens.
This training lead him to train under Chris McMillan for several years. Recently, Michael decided to take his talents to the long awaited Ramirez Tran Salon. Michael's inspiration comes from runways, editorial, and everyday life.
